Not going to spend too long on this, we have discussed the Bees more than any other team in the last three years and most of you know more about them than any club apart from your own. Last week ahead of a home game with Huddersfield Town my notes included ........
"That ended 2-2, Bees led, gifted Fulham an equaliser with a real howler of an own goal from James Tarkowski and were wrongly denied a winner from Jota for offside . Not too much to worry about, they should have scored five against Dons, three at Fulham and got two at Cardiff, they have a VERY strong bench now and goals are really going to start flowing soon. Central defender Harlee Dean will be available following suspension today and Maxime Colin will should come in at right back after a long term injury and both should help steady the Bees defensively. Jota must be close to a full start now and surely we will get an hour from McEachran who was hugely impressive from the bench in midweek. "
No start from Jota, but he got another outing from the bench, as did McEachran, Colin and Dean both started and the backline looked far more solid , despite conceding twice (one was down to a player slipping when there was no danger and the game already won). Very promising, but they will be tested fully today by Brighton, who finally lost their unbeaten record last weekend. However, the visitors suddenly look vulnerable, have conceded two or more in their last four starts, including at home to a struggling Charlton and with the Bees so full of goals, four last week should have been six and the 13 they have scored in their last six starts ( 2+ in five), could easily, no, should have been 20, it is hard not to see some offensive joy today for the hosts. Bees scored four in the two h2h games last season, both of which they won and can thrill a sold out Griffin Park in this early kick off. I think they might win and could really be facing the Seagulls at the right time and there is a big rivalry between the two club owners, who were formerly friends, so the players know what it means to Matthew Benham, but I feel the best value by far is ............

Im Moment stimmt bei Southampton die Form wirklich nicht. In den letzten 5 Spielen gab es nur einen Punkt und nur zwei Tore. Bei Arsenal sieht es schon ganz anders aus. Die letzten vier Pflichtspiele hat Arsenal alle gewonnen. Dabei holt Arsenal in der Premier League vor allem auswärts viele Punkte. Im Kalenderjahr 2015 war Arsenal mit 38 Punkten das stärkste Auswärtsteam der Liga. Natürlich haben die Gunners auch schon Punkte gelassen, wenn sie ihren Gegner unterschätzten, aber bei der gegenwärtigen Formkurve beider Mannschaften halte ich das heute für unwahrscheinlich.

-> spielen feinen Offensivfussball und treten als Team sehr geschlossen auf
-> mit Vardy & Mahrez extrem gefährliches Stürmerduo
-> Liverpool daheim immer genetzt und Leicester City zuletzt auswärts 4x infolge mit 3 Treffern
-> Leicester wird sich nicht verstecken und auf die Aussetzer in der Pooler Abwehr warten
-> mit Skrtel & Lovren fallen 2 wichtige Abwehrstützen aus, in der ohnehin sehr anfälligen Abwehr von Liverpool
-> Liverpool hat aber auch genug Offensivpotential um ne Bude hintzubekommen
-> daher nehme ich das B2S, da ich mir ein zu Null-Sieg bei beiden Teams nicht vorstellen kann

-> Avellino auswärts eher schwach ( 6 Niederlagen in 10 AW-Spielen )

Colchester lost 2-0 at home to neighbours Southend United last round, but they were much improved there, especially in the first half and I do think that they might get back on track in the coming weeks once new boss Kevin Keen has had some time to work with the squad , that will have to be more than the few hours he has had over the weekend to discuss things and what United could really do with is a free seven days, but there is little chance of that right now. Den Aufsteiger aus Bournemouth sollte man besser nicht unterschätzen, denn schließlich ist dieser schon seit sechs Spielen ungeschlagen und hat auch ManU und Chelsea in dieser Saison schon besiegt. Arsenal muß zuerst mal das 0:4 Debakel von Southampton verarbeiten, denn das hat den Sprung an die Tabellenspitze verhindert, welcher heute wieder möglich wäre. Und heute hat Arsenal wenigstens ein Heimspiel. Aus den letzten 6 Heimspielen holte Arsenal schließlich 16 Punkte. Deshalb erwarte ich heute einen ganz anderen Auftritt als in Southampton und 3 Punkte für Arsenal.

Kaum zu glauben, aber es kommt heute Abend zum Spitzenspiel zwischen Leicester City und Manchester City.
Tabellen 2te empfängt den Tabellen 4ten.
Beim Sieg von Leicester kann die Überraschungsmannschaft wieder auf Platz 1 der Tabelle klettern, wobei beim Sieg von City wieder sehr knapp an der Spitze wird.
Bei Leicester steht mit Vardy der beste Schütze der Liga auf dem Platz mit 15 Toren. wobei Mahrez auch mittlerweile 13 Treffer geschossen hat. Starke offensive. Der beste Schütze Agüero mit 7 Treffern, wird wahrscheinlich heute auch auflaufen, wobei das ich noch nicht gesehen habe dass es bestätigt wäre.
Leicester ist Zuhause seit 4 Spielen in folge ungeschlagen. 2 Siege und 2 Remis. Man City hat in den lezten 5 Ligaspielen Auswärts nicht einen Sieg holen können. 2 schlechteste Mannschaft der Liga (in den letzten 5 Auswärtsspielen)

Villareal belegt den 5ten Tabellenplatz. Valencia nur den 10ten.
Während Villareal die letzte 3 Spiele gewonnen hat, gelang Valencia in den letzten 5 Spielen nicht 1 Sieg. Villareal ist ausserdem Zuhause sehr stark. In 8 Spielen in der Liga gab es 6 Siege, 1 Remis und 1 Niederlage. Die einzige Niederlage gab es gegen Celta Vigo (1:2) vor 2,5 Monaten. In dieser Saison gab es nicht mal Wettbewerbsübergreifend keine weitere Niederlage.lediglich 1 Remis gegen Eibar. Sonst hat Viallareal alle Heimspiele gewonnen, inkl. Euro League. Das spricht für eine starke Heimmanschaft. Unter anderem haben hier schon in diéser Saison Teams wie Atl. Madrid, Sevilla und sogar Real Madrid die Niederlagen kassiert. Der beste Torschütze Bakambu mit 6 Toren. Dann kommen noch weitere 9 Spieler die sich in die Liste eingetragen haben.
Valencia ist in dieser Saison Auswärtsschwach. Bei 8 Spielen gab es nur 2 Siege. 2 Remis und ganze 4 Niederlagen.

ich finde das es, nach meiner Rechnung 60 % Chance auf ein Heimsieg gibt und finde die Quote von 2,04 etwas zu hoch.

Das Letzte Spiel des Jahres in Europa findet um 16 Uhr statt...FC Villareal-FC Valencia
Villareal spielt zurzeit sehr gut,mann kann sagen sie haben einen guten Lauf,die letzten 3 spiele wurden gewonnen.
Bakambu und Soldado in guter form..vorallem Soldado letzte spiele getroffen,denke sie werden heute wieder treffen und das Spiel für sich entscheiden,momentan auf Tabellenplatz 5. wenn sie heute gewinnen oder ein Unentschieden wären sie auf Platz 4 auf ein ChampionsLigue Platz.
Bei Valencia läuft es grad nicht so TOP,sie quälen sich immer mit ein Unentschieden durch.
Aber ich denke gegen die Heimstärken Villareal wird es heute nichts,daher mein Tipp für heute Sieg Villareal.
